In today’s extremely competitive job market, submitting a résumé or cv by itself isn’t enough, you need to distinguish yourself from hundreds of other qualified candidates.
The StandOUT program (based in Harare, Zimbabwe), is your comprehensive solution to job search success. We provide you with proven tools, essential skills, and the confidence needed to navigate the entire job application process effectively and strategically.
Whether you’re targeting local opportunities or exploring the expanding world of remote work, our program delivers practical, results-oriented training that gets noticed by employers. Our 2-Day workshops start on
Wednesdays and on Saturdays.
Registration is usually 1 week in advance,
unless future cohorts are already full.
If you register after the current timer hits zero or spots run out, your registration will automatically roll over to the next group, which is scheduled for a later date.

Are there any prerequisites for joining the program?
There are no prerequisites. This program is open to anyone looking to jumpstart their career search or transition from one sector/industry to another.
How much does the program cost?
The current program fee is noted in the “Register” section on this page.
Any discounts or promotions that we may be running are also listed in that section.

What is the enrollment process?
You can register by filling the registration form on this page. Once you submit, you will be redirected to the Checkout page, where you are to enter your billing details, select your payment method, and make payment.
Once complete, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions.
PLEASE NOTE: There are limited seats in each intake, so enrollment is on a first-pay basis. Therefore, you are required to make a payment via Mobile Money and upload a receipt of the payment when you submit the form.

How long is the program?
The StandOUT: Job Readiness Program runs for two (2) days, typically from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM each day
What should I bring?
Please bring a notebook, pen, a tablet/laptop (if you have one), and a positive attitude. 😊
PLEASE NOTE:
Use of Smartphones for note-taking is not encouraged.
Is there a dress code for the program?
We recommend dressing in business casual attire to simulate a professional work environment and help you practice presenting yourself well.
However, if circumstances don’t permit, you can wear whatever you can.
Where is the program held?
The StandOUT program is held at a convenient venue in Harare.
To ensure a smooth and focused experience for all participants, full venue details are only provided upon registration.
This approach helps us maintain an organized environment and avoid disruptions caused by unplanned visits.
Are refreshments and lunch provided?
Yes, light refreshments at teatime, and lunch are provided each day, and are covered by the program fee.
Can I transfer to another intake if I can’t attend?
In special cases, you may request a one-time transfer to a future cohort. Transfer requests must be made at least 5 business days before the program start date and are subject to availability.
Can I get a refund?
Refund requests are only considered under very specific extenuating circumstances.

Is the program suitable for High School graduates?
Absolutely! Our program accommodates individuals at all skill levels, from beginners to those looking to enhance their existing knowledge.
Do I Get A Certificate?
Is there follow-up support after the program ends?
While we currently don’t offer one-on-one follow-up support after the program ends, our program is designed to equip you with everything you need to continue your job search journey confidently and independently.
You’ll leave with a comprehensive toolkit, access to resources, and clear action plans that you can continue to apply long after the workshop.
Do you help with job placement after the program?
Currently, we do not provide direct job placement assistance. However, this might change in the future.
