All participants must adhere to the Participant Code of Conduct. Failure to comply may result in removal from the program without refund.
3. Payment and Refunds
Program fees must be paid in full prior to participation. Our Refund Policy outlines all applicable terms, including:
a) No refunds for non-attendance or late arrivals
b) Refunds only issued in cases of program cancellation, duplicate payments, or approved exceptions
c) Transfers and substitutions may be permitted
4. Use of Materials
All program resources, templates, guides, and content shared via StandOUT’s website or digital platforms are the intellectual property of StandOUT. You may use these materials for your personal and professional development only.
- Do not share, reproduce, or distribute materials without written permission
- Access to content may be time-limited or restricted to active participants
5. Privacy and Data Protection
We value your privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and store your data.
a) We use tools such as JotForm, MailerLite, WhatsApp, Trello, and Airtable to manage services and communications
b) Participant data will not be sold or disclosed without consent, except as required by law
6. Disclaimer of Guarantees
Disclaimer of Results:
StandOUT equips participants with tools, training, and guidance designed to improve job readiness, professional confidence, and access to opportunities. However, we do not guarantee any specific outcomes, such as employment, freelance contracts, or remote job placements. Individual results may vary significantly based on personal effort, skill development, experience, and prevailing market conditions.
Marketing Disclaimer:
Our slogans, such as “Get Noticed, Get Hired,” are intended to capture the spirit of our mission and serve as a motivational message. It should not be interpreted as a promise or assurance that participation in our programmes will directly result in being hired or receiving job offers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StandOUT shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or disruptions arising from the use of our services or content.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted implies acceptance.
11. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any legal disputes between you and StandOUT shall be brought exclusively in Zimbabwean courts, and you consent to the jurisdiction of these courts for any matters arising from these Terms.
12. Dispute Resolution
For any disputes arising from these Terms, parties shall first attempt to resolve them amicably. If no resolution is reached within 30 days, disputes shall be settled by arbitration in Harare under the Arbitration Act [Chapter 7:15] of Zimbabwe. A single arbitrator will be appointed by mutual agreement or as prescribed by the Act.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Invalid provisions shall be replaced with valid terms that best reflect the original intent.
